SOLUTION

In Level 1, kick the table to get the pen, disassemble it, and repurpose its spring with the wall socket to melt our handcuffs. Jump to and take the knife, stick it into the cooling fan and escape the freezing chamber. 

In Level 2, burn down the Dog Door with a combination of Lighter and Spray Can. There is a Sausage in the Kitchen that was meant to tame the dog who then attacks the guard, but isn't implemented - do not take it with you since the guard will automatically disappear and it will only clog your inventory.

In Level 3, use the Army Knife to free your teammate.

Once in the tent, use the credit card in backpack to remove rocket casing, then use paperclip to stop the countdown and save the day. (Any other item will not work and force you to restart the game)
